Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use MeetMyCXO and the other MeetMyC*O sites, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

We don’t fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA yet. We know about the problems below and we’re fixing them. On the public pages we checked, images have text alternatives and buttons and links have accessible names.

Known issues

• Color contrast. Some secondary text (labels, captions, footnotes and prices) and some colored buttons don’t have enough contrast with their background.
• Keyboard focus. On some pages and form fields the focus outline is hard to see or missing.
• AI Advisor panel. When the panel is minimized, keyboard focus can still move into it. On small screens, focus isn’t kept inside the open panel, and it isn’t returned to where you were when the panel closes. New answers aren’t announced to screen readers as they arrive.
• Page structure. Some pages don’t have a “skip to content” link or a main landmark, which makes them slower to navigate with a keyboard or screen reader.
• Icon buttons. A few icon-only buttons inside the signed-in app don’t have an accessible name yet.
• Menus on small screens. Some mobile menus can’t be closed with the Escape key, and some links in a closed menu can still receive keyboard focus.

• what you were trying to do and what happened;
• the browser and any assistive technology you use.

We’ll reply, and if we can’t fix the problem quickly, we’ll help you get the information or finish the task another way.

We assess the sites ourselves, using automated checks (Google Lighthouse) and manual review of the code, keyboard use and color contrast. We last reviewed them in September 2026 and updated this statement on September 24, 2026.
