This policy lists the cookies and browser storage MeetMyCXO uses, who sets them, what they do and how long they last, and how you can change your choices.
1. What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar, but they stay in your browser and aren’t sent to our servers with each request. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab. This page lists everything MeetMyCXO sets or lets others set, so you can see exactly what each item does.
2. The four categories
- Strictly necessary. Needed for sign-in, security and features you ask for. The site can’t work properly without them.
- Functional. Remember your choices and keep features such as the AI Advisor working smoothly.
- Analytics. Help us understand how people use our sites, through Google Analytics 4.
- Advertising. Used by Google AdSense to show and measure ads, and in some places to personalize them.

6. Advertising cookies and storage

7. Where we ask first
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you agree through Google’s consent message. Until then, Google Analytics only receives cookieless signals and Google doesn’t use ad cookies to personalize ads for you.
Everywhere else, analytics and advertising cookies are on by default. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we tell Google not to use your data for ad personalization.
Strictly necessary and functional items don’t need your consent, because they only make the site work for you.
8. How to change your choices
- Privacy and cookie settings. If you’re in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, this link appears in the footer of every page. It reopens Google’s consent message so you can change your answer at any time.
- Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. If you’re in a US state with these rights, this link appears in the footer and opts you out of personalized advertising. You can also turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. See our Privacy Policy for more.
- Google’s own controls. Turn off ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Your browser. You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you won’t be able to sign in.
9. Cookies on other companies’ sites
When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, connect another service, or click a partner link in a guide, you visit that company’s site, and it may set its own cookies under its own policy. Google may also read or set cookies on its own domains, such as doubleclick.net, when it serves ads on our pages.
