TWO SIDES, ONE PROCESS

Founders and executives meet on the same rails: a clear scope, a stated rate — you agree the scope in chat, then book it.

For founders

1.Post a need or browse the directory
Describe the problem and your budget, or filter CFOs, CMOs, CROs, COOs and CTOs by specialty, industry, rate and availability.
2.Compare bids or book directly
Experts bid with a pitch, a rate and the hours they can give. Shortlist, decline, or accept one — or skip bidding and book someone straight from their profile.
3.Pay through Stripe (opening soon)
Checkout is not switched on yet, so nothing is charged today. Agree the work with your expert in chat, and you will be able to pay for it here as soon as it opens.

For experts

1.Build your profile
Headline, summary, specialties, industries, rate and availability — plus a resume and portfolio files reviewers can open.
2.Get approved
A person reads every profile before it goes live. You are told what is missing if it is sent back.
3.Bid and get booked
Bid on needs in your function or take direct bookings. Payouts through your own Stripe account open shortly; you keep 100% of your rate.

What it costs

THE RATE YOU SEE IS THE RATE THEY GET

Experts set their own hourly rate. Founders pay that rate plus a 20% marketplace fee. Retainers renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time for the next period.

The fee covers payment processing, the review process and the platform. Nothing is deducted from the expert’s side.

$200/hr × 8 hours: $1,600
Marketplace fee (20%): $320
